Thank you for choosing our travel package(s). By booking a trip through our website, you are deemed to have agreed to its Terms of Use. Please read the following terms and procedures carefully to ensure that you clearly understand the conditions of your preferred trip. All the below-mentioned Terms & Conditions are applicable to bookings made through our website.
1. Pricing
Our policy assures competitive and transparent pricing, along with the convenience of online reservations. Unless otherwise mentioned, prices quoted on our website are on a per person basis and do not include tips for tour guides or drivers, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, meals not specified, accommodation upgrades, room services, laundry, or any personal expenses. The published rates may change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as increases in airline fares, hotel rates, transportation costs, or currency fluctuations.
2. Methods of Payment
We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience, including Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), and Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.).(as per package requirement) must be completed to confirm the booking. All payments will be reflected in your bank or card statement.
3. Confirmation of Payment
Once the payment is successfully completed, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation voucher via email or WhatsApp. This voucher can be used as proof of payment to redeem your travel services. Kindly ensure that all details provided at the time of booking are accurate and correct.
4. Cancellation & No Show Policy
4.1 Cancellation
- Every tour, activity, attraction, or hotel has its own cancellation policy. Clients are advised to read the specific cancellation policy before booking.
- Combo tours can be cancelled; however, if any single service within a combo is cancelled, the combo offer will no longer apply. The remaining services will be charged at individual rates, and the balance amount (if any) will be refunded accordingly.
- Visa fees and certain bookings are non-refundable once processed.
- While booking combo packages, please ensure that all selected services are available. Otherwise, only the confirmed services will be provided.
4.2 No Show
If you fail to appear for the booked service, no refund (partial or full) will be provided. This applies to unused hotel bookings, tours, transfers, car rentals, and other services. Rescheduling of confirmed services is not guaranteed.
5. Cancellation Procedures
Before requesting a cancellation, we recommend reviewing the applicable cancellation policy. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Upon receiving your request, we will confirm the cancellation and inform you about any applicable charges. B2B Sky High Tourism shall not be responsible for any cancellation request that is not received or acknowledged by us.
6. Itinerary Amendments
The itinerary and services included in your package are subject to change due to local conditions, weather, airline schedules, or other operational factors. In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives of similar value wherever possible. Minor changes may be made without prior notice and without compensation. No reimbursement will be provided in case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, or other unavoidable situations.
7. Hotel Accommodation & Check-in / Check-out Policy
In case the selected hotel is unavailable, we will arrange accommodation in a similar category hotel of the same standard and budget. Check-in and check-out timings are subject to the respective hotel policies. We are not responsible for early check-in or late check-out requests that are not honored by the hotel.
8. Travel Insurance
B2B Sky High Tourism shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, accidents, illness, injury, loss of baggage, or trip cancellations. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase a suitable travel insurance policy.
9. Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of each traveler to carry valid travel documents, including passport, visa, and government-issued ID. This is especially important for international travel. No refund will be provided in case of missing, invalid, or rejected documents. Travelers are also advised to check with their respective consulates for updated visa and health requirements before traveling.
10. Website Usage Restrictions
All content on this website, including logos, images, package details, pricing, and other information, is the property of B2B Sky High Tourism. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial or illegal purposes without prior permission.
11. Delivery & Service Policy
B2B Sky High Tourism will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries, in accordance with international laws and regulations.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website or our services shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
